The Beacon

NEW TIME: 10.30 – 12 noon

on Saturdays: 18 January and 15 February

An hour of Bible based Messy Church activities, Board Games and a Sensory Room; followed by a light children’s meal.

All children must always be accompanied by an adult.

We endeavour to be inclusive for all ages, abilities and needs.

We are able to offer The Beacon  to families free of charge.

Community Hub

The Emmanuel Hub opens every Thursday, between 10.00am and 1.30pm, offering a warm welcome and free refreshments.

Saturday Hub Live Music:

The music in the worship area.

Set out cafe style offering a warm welcome with free refreshments .

House Groups

Various house groups meet regularly on a variety of days  for Bible study.

Wayward Wanderers

A women’s walking group who also meet for discussion at Emmanuel most months.  All ladies welcome to meet for coffee, cake and conversation.

Indoor Bowls

A group meet weekly on Tuesday mornings for indoor bowls and table tennis

Cameo (Come and meet each other)

A Ladies’ group who meet on the second Friday of each month at 2.00pm.

Messy Vintage

Messy Vintage sessions for the Over-60s (though we are joined by some in the 40-60 age group too!) are held fortnightly on a Tuesday evening 7.30pm over Zoom.

The upcoming dates are 11 February and 18 March

NEW! Mens’ Group

The mens’ group will meet on the third Wednesday of each month. The next meeting will be on 19 February at 7.30pm in the Langham Hall.

Entry is via the rear of the church.
